Pick up CI fixes on OSX from release branch

Basically man page (*.1) files; also some other autogenerated files around.
Close issue Qucs#916.
fix duplicated include

by fetching package manually.
Fix Qt4 removal from MSYS2 packages

It seems initially possible to set the text to left/rith of diagram. However since the qt3/qt4 port started the conditionals where set to a enum which essentially force text to the right.
Silence warnings
as ccache wrappers for the compilers were not seen

If a Diagram contained a Graph which referenced a variable in a Dataset with a name containing spaces, the Graph loading failed as the simple parsing code was confused by the spaces in the Dataset name.
