Updates to our privacy policy:

  • We no longer process data through Cozy for Discord applications.
  • Modmail is no longer managed by Starchild Systems, and they no longer act as a data controller for us.
  • Links to NPO privacy policy and bylaws are gone
  • Misc. formatting changes

Still to-do:

  • Clarify where and how data is stored.

I have not copied comments from the cozy to the modmail privacy policy in case they applied to both.

If the metricity privacy policy is removed, has all that data been securely erased?

Considering how overdue this update is, I believe we can merge this version now - we can always update it with more precise wording later.
