Do not use this Proton runner for any games other than TF|2 / Northstar

  • Updated wine base to wine-staging 7.18
  • Disabled sharedgpures support. Lots of upstream regressions with fshack and sharedgpures fshack compatibility, along with TF|2 not really needing this patchset make it unreasonable to keep in the current configuration at this time.
