Do not use this Proton runner for any games other than TF|2 / Northstar

  • Updated wine base to wine-staging 7.21
  • Updated DXVK Async to version 2.0

NOTE: In the future DXVK Async may be removed entirely from NorthstarProton as shader compilation has vastly improved with the latest DXVK release. For the time being, async patches are still included.

EA App will likely cause issues. The current workaround is to install d3dcompiler_43 and d3dcompiler_47 with protontricks. I plan to integrate these fixes into NorthstarProton soon.
