tests/periph_flashpage: failing on stm32l475ve

Description

It seems that periph_flashpage does not work for stm32l475ve based on tests results in #17259.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Run tests/periph_flashpage and tests/mtd_flashpage, both should pass.

Expected results

Passing.
