Add Digital Clock Using Tkinter

**Description:**  
Build a digital clock GUI that shows the current time and updates automatically.  

**Expected Features:**  
- Use `Tkinter` for the interface  
- Display current time in HH:MM:SS format  
- Update every second automatically  
- Optional: Show current date
