Performance Improvements and multiple Thread support

This is an enhancement over the original Unified Code Count release 2013_04 as found on the USC website http://csse.usc.edu/ucc_wp/

Enhancements are for faster performance between 2x and 3x

2 new command line arguments
-nowarnings Will suppress Warning messages on stdout. Warning messages are still logged.
-nouncounted Will completely suppress Uncounted files messages from stdout and also from output files.

All of the original 2013_04 command line arguments and language specific parsers are supported as before.
