* enable gemm_a4w4 asm kernel to tune splitk * only tune asm no splitK * rm instances * tune more ck instance * add ck instance for tuning test * update composable kernel to develop * change default mp = 1 * update submodule * update composable_kernel to the newest * update tuning on asm kernels and errRatio as argument in a4w4 tuning * fix lint --------- Co-authored-by: Ying.Zhou2 <340077269@qq.com>
