[Feature]: Improve configurable path

Suggestion Description

Currently /etc/docker/daemon.json can custom amd-container-runtime binary path. But when container exits, Poststop hook specify Path: "/usr/local/bin/amd-ctk",.

Configurable Path may be more user friendly.
