ROCm 6.3 rebrand of Omniperf to ROCm Compute Profiler #475

Reduced the scope of #468 to strictly the rebranding related changes.

This includes:

  • base rebranding changes
  • binary permissions
  • documentation updates
  • version update the 3.0.0
  • workflow / pipeline updates
  • Renaming granfna files
