[Regression] God of War Ascension [BCES01741] crash after starting a New Game on a new profile (#14547)

First responsible build is v0.0.29-15528 #14547

This crash only affects starting a New Game on a new profile, older saves created before this build can be continued and chapter replays can be loaded without issue.

Reproduction Steps:-

1. Boot up the game on v0.0.29-15528 or newer and start a new profile.
2. Start a New Game at any difficulty.
3. Game and rpcs3 will crash to desktop after a loading attempt.
