This is a pattern I've seen in Persona 5, multiple CALLs on following statements.
The avoids a few redundant fetches when Atomic FIFO is used by not performing a complete fetch for the code section containing the CALL because RSX is just leaving it for another.
This is a minor optimization for Atomic FIFO.
