Description of the Change
Add a set of Stat sheets to MT, this also includes the ability to include add-ons with MapTool that are always loaded as stat sheets are implemented in add-ons.
Possible Drawbacks
There is a problem with how the gradle builds and daemons interact with dependencies built from source. This is easily solved for the command line by updating the gradle.properties file. Unfortunately, the intellij gradle build does not respect this setting in the file so an alternate solution is required see #4277
Also the trippy stat sheet background does not render as animated on some operating systems but rather as a static image.
