Patreon-only posts for PatreonBridge

@Roliga can you please implement patreon-only posts with username+password like https://github.com/daemionfox/patreon-feed#usage used to have, so people can mirror their patreon posts on their discord in a patreons-only channel for example

I believe Patreon-only posts still show up in the feed, just with the content redacted, just like you see them on someone's Patreon page. Maybe there are posts that only show up for patreons as well though? If that's a thing then this should definitely be added.

I'm not sure I'm comfortable adding this if it's just for getting the full article content in your feed though, since that opens yet another avenue for Patreon piracy. On the other hand it'd be very nice and useful if used responsibly. I'd need to think about it.

Either way if it were to be done it'd be done in such a way that you'd set the credentials as bridge-specific options in the RSS-Bridge config. This means depends on #1343 though, so that'd need to be merged first. Does that sound like an alright way to do it?

With #1343 merged is it possible to get this working? I tried to mess around with it, but didn't get very far...

With credentials in config this bridge is possible now. But unsure if we want it in the rss-bridge repo.
