I can't filter an existing feed by the body of the feed, only title.

Describe the solution you'd like

The filter bridge should have a Regex filter option for the body as well.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Writing a new bridge

Additional context

I was trying to filter the Libgen RSS Feed by language, and the language is only present in the body of the feed items. Hence, the Filter bridge doesn't work currently.

I saw this mentioned as unsupported in #855, but could not find a feature request for this.
