Arte "Alle Videos (deutsch)" supplies French feed

The feed for "Alle Videos (deutsch)" supplies a French feed, but should be German.

Example, go to bridge.suumitsu.eu and select under "Arte +7" below "Catégorie (Allemand)" the "Alle Videos (deutsch)" and then look at Mrss or Atom, it will include french text. If you select any other item from the dropdown menu, i.e. "Kino" it will work fine.

So each category feed works, but not the combined feed.

This is somehow related to how the current context is detected and the fact that both catfr and catde are null for the general category. I'm pretty sure this function is failing:
