Adding a bridge for Twitch VODs again. There was one before but it was removed (c0df82c) when the Twitch API started requiring a client ID to use it. For now this uses the client ID that the twitch.tv website itself uses since that seems to be mostly static. Ideally administrators should set their own client ID.
This also uses the older "kraken" API so it can include some goodies like a list of games that were played during the video. The older API is supposed to be discontinued at some point in favor of the newer "helix" API, but since that has been found to be a bit incomplete "kraken" is still kept around for now, so we can use that until it's discontinued.
