unfortunately it still appear when adding to premium.thefeedreaderbot.com for Russia filter (USA works)

Are you still have this issue? As far as I can tell this is an issue with thefeedreaderbot.com and how it handles feeds. If you are, #2034 removes the less than (<) character.
