Pass props to WidgetFrame if available. This allows Dashboard to be wrapped in a higher order component...

For example:

      widgets: {
        AcademicProfile: {
          type: AcademicProfile,
          props: {
            academicProfile: apdata,
            isFetching: false,
          },
        },
      }


          Update Widgets.js
