TL;DR: I need help testing this Rai Pal update. It should make the app a lot faster for people with very large game libraries.

I've been working on this update for a long time. It might not look like much has changed on the surface, but the app went through a major rewrite. Since I changed so many things, I'm releasing this prerelease, in the hopes some of you guys will help me test it and let me know if anything is any worse than before.

Besides making some changes to improve speed for people with very large libraries, I'm also making a bunch of structural changes to make it easier to add stuff like user-made tags, and automatic tagging of games that are compatible with UEVR, UUVR, etc, with their compatibility scores. These aren't there yet, but this update is an important step in that direction.

• Fetching mods from new version of the database, which means new UUVR versions now available, plus a new Configuration Manager mod for Unity BepInEx mods.
• Mod loaders now support passing a few extra parameters (thanks keton, and sorry for the delay).
• Use more recent version of BepInEx for IL2CPP games.
• Add new 'App Type' filter, lets you hide demos. For now, it only uses reported information from Steam, but for other providers I'm just guessing from the game name (if it ends in 'Demo', it's probably a demo).
• Delete all mod files (but not configs) from a mod's folder when that mod is updated. Helps prevent issues with conflicts when updating mods or installing mods with the same IDs.
