All the dependencies for running Shikari can be installed using brew bundle command.

$ brew bundle
Using hashicorp/tap
==> Downloading https://formulae.brew.sh/api/formula.jws.json

Using hashicorp/tap/packer
Using hashicorp/tap/nomad
Using hashicorp/tap/consul
Using cdrtools
Using lima
Using socket_vmnet
Homebrew Bundle complete! 7 Brewfile dependencies now installed.
