[BUG][RAG][v0.12.6][RUN_EVALS] Run Evals progress table does not display knobs for STOPPED, DELETED / CLONED runs after completion

Bug Description

Post run_evals execution, some of the knob details are missing/different for STOPPED, DELETED/CLONED runs

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run e2e RAG-FIQA notebook
2. Do IC-OPs STOP,DELETE and CLONE of the runs and let the execution complete
3. Check the progress table after completion

Expected Behavior

All runs knobs/details should be displayed irrespective of the final run status
