[BUG][RAG][v0.12.6][IC-OPS] Clone config knobs not changed through IC-OPs Clone

Bug Description

Changing the top_n/k/chunk_size values for a clone visa IC-OPs panel created new runs/clones with same config as parent. The changes made in ic-op clone window is not being updated.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run RAG-FIQA Notebook
2. Click on IC-OP panel to clone any of the runs and change chunk_size/ton_n or any other params
3. Wait for the clones run to appear and check the config of the cloned runs

Expected Behavior

Cloned runs should carry the config updated through ic-ops panel
