Fixes a rendering artifact that appeared under the Colab buttons on GitHub.
The issue was caused by having \ entities on a separate line with newlines around them. Moving them inline eliminates the visual artifact.

Replaces README Colab badges with new SVG buttons (absolute URLs) and adds README image URL guidelines, including the new SVG assets.
