- Add instructions for macOS to work around issues with unsigned packages and Gatekeeper
- Add version information on packaging artifacts
- Ensure containing folders for compressed archive packages
- Normalize nuitka artifacts by moving target OS and architecture after the version number
There is little need for a "portable" for MacOS
* fix nuitka artifacts to use a versioned top-level directory * include msvc with cx-freeze artifacts * update readme with macOS instructions to work-around unsinged packages and Gatekeeper
Reverted to avoid breakages, revert once this release is out
* enable making pre-release latest again
