Bug description

The nordvpn-cli has updated its country listing. The provider cli output parsing needs an update.

I was using Nordvpn and suddenly the list of different server locations disappeared and only Albania showed up. Could find anything online about how to resolve.

Steps to reproduce

Install the nordvpn-cli and select NordVPN as a provider during the install. The NordVPN country list contains a single country, rather than a complete list.
