Proposed Changes

• removes field angle test blocks from test blocks toolbox
• removes "colour" label from the "validators" category
• note that colour and multiline fields were already removed in chore: remove references to plugin-ified fields and blocks #2302
  • this pr is in master but not in v11, so once master is merged into v11 then that should remove some of the warnings noted in dev-tools references exports deleted in Blockly v11 #2345
