Add warning when Events state is unexpectedly set or disabled after test cleanup

Should add a warning to shared test cleanup that logs warning when Events group is set or Events are disabled unexpectedly.
Warning should not be logged if tests explicitly disable events or set group (and thus this state is not unexpected, and not a bug).
