Workspace comment events should not have public properties with underscores. #6774

Describe the bug
The workspace comment change and workspace comment move events have public properties with underscores. This is not the code style we want to continue with.
The properties in particular are:
- Comment Move:
- comment_
- oldCoordinate_
- newCoordinate_
- Comment Change:
- oldContent_
- newContent_
Additional context
This would require some sort of deprecation plan. Most likely we would just maintain both the properties with underscores and the properties without underscores for a period of time, until we felt it safe to remove the properties with underscores.
