The position of `text` elements in blocks is wrong

Description

The position of text elements in blocks is wrong. It's actually the amount of transform on the parent g element of the text element. They used to be central, but are now rendered slightly to the left.

It is very noticeable when you start and stop editing the field.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I can confirm that the bug doesn't show up on Blockly v11.2.1, it starts on v12.

This bug appears to only affect the Zelos renderer, and only when the input is 1 character wide.

To reproduce:

1. Open Advanced Blockly Playground
2. Change renderer to Zelos
3. Open the math flyout, then compare 2nd & 3rd blocks with 1st & 4th.
