"mimic_cxr_metadata_hf.tsv" is a MIMIC-CXR metadata file that contains heart failure diagnosis.
The heart failure diagnosis field is "1", if the chest radiograph was taken during a visit with an emergency department discharge diagnosis code consistent with congestive heart failure, and is "0" otherwise.
Note that the heart failure diagnosis information is not released with MIMIC-CXR.
