Created qubecli cli tool using cobra to find degrees between two people.
To run this we can install cli tool using make install. We can also directly build it if we do not want to use make.
To run the code we can use command qubecli degrees <person1> <person2>. Eg: qubecli degrees amitabh-bachchan robert-de-niro
