Updates our Build Action to include building on Windows and macOS platforms.

Tests have been updated to check builds on all platforms:

  • Linux (including 32 bit Linux and cross-building Windows on Linux)
  • Windows (using both MSVC and MinGW compilers)
  • macOS
  • Android
  • iOS (i.e. iPhone)
  • Web

Great work!
Now Rebel can built on Linux AND Windows AND MacOS :)
