Our workflow tests are intermittently failing, because our 32-bit Linux build dependencies are failing on Ubuntu 24.04. Since we use the latest version of Ubuntu provided by Github to perform our builds, and Github is currently replacing |

Following RebelToolbox/RebelEngine#80, this PR updates the Rebel Build Action's build tests to use the new platform names.
