Some edits to more closely align to our style guide. (We use Google's Developer Doc style guide as our primary resource and supplement it with Microsoft's latest Writing Style Guide (which is what the Azure docs team uses).

I made some fairly significant revisions to the client docs, particularly surrounding how you'd use it in your application, as well as ensuring that all the code snippets contained in it were copy/pasteable into a project. I also dropped "C#" from the title from
