Issue Creation for non-bug issues redirects to Godot Proposals repo, rather than Redot Proposals #127

Issue description

The links need to be updated. The only way we can open an issue here where people will see it is setting it up as a bug report.

Steps to reproduce

  • Create an issue on this repo
  • Click the Proposal link

At least there's a workaround—I can edit out the unnecessary bug-report cruft after creating the issue.

Probably will have to wait until after the build is released to the public, but definitely this should get fixed in the coming weeks. Right now getting a working build and fixing any bugs are more important than github stuff, you can always navigate directly to the redot proposals repo.

@filipworksdev Thanks, the link is fixed! I still don't seem to be able to open issues in that repo, however.
