add many more features:

  • use epoch timestamps
  • use bigger upload batches
  • use ULID instead of UUID for better sortability
  • cycle over all accessible workgroups
  • resume from previously extracted state (per workgroup)
  • put files into partition folders, based on ingestion timestamp
  • add _meta column containing ingestion metadata
