Two small fixes

Description

• Fix leading dimension check in LAPACKE's geesv[x] and gges[x]. Closes LAPACKE: leading dimension checks are too strict in LAPACKE_?geev_work #327
• Update documentation of stprfb to follow the usual notation for transposition.
