Need that so that iceberg_rust_ffi can pass credentials loader, it doesn't have access to crate internals. Also we pass TableIdent to load_credentials, so that the callback can use it to pass it to catalog when it calls
load_table_credentials(see follow up PR: RelationalAI/RustyIceberg.jl#54)
