EasyInvoice - Add Client ID Managment Tab

Problems

1. To enable EasyInvoice - Develop Sales and receipts for users #152, EasyInvoice users must be able to copy/paste Client ID from EasyInvoice into Checkout Demo.

2. We also want to allow anyone to use EasyInvoice as their real Merchant Dashboard for their real production E-Commerce store.

Specifications

• Tab on the ecommerce page
• Has a table with filters for clientIds
• 1 Client ID by default with Request Checkout in Domain Whitelist.
• Users can create as many Client IDs as they want.
• Each Client ID can have only one domain in its Domain Whitelist.
