EasyInvoice - Use new currencies/{currency-id}/conversion-paths path to populate Request Creation form

# Motivation

Hardcoded currency lists works for _us_ but can be difficult for external App Builders to fork and change. We should integrate the currencies/conversion-paths endpoints so that it is easier to adjust the currency list.
