As a Builder, I want create requests on Request Network, but use my own payment infrastructure, so I don't need to redeploy my smart contracts

Problem

Some builders already have their own payment infrastructure and don't want to switch to using Request Network's payment proxy smart contracts.

Possible Solutions

• RN develops a wrapper smart contract that emits the paymentReference event and then calls a callback.
  • Unclear if this is actually feasible.
• Develop a PoC "SingleRequestProxy" payment smart contract that emits the paymentReference event in the receive() function #1283

Bandaid Solutions

• Builder uses declarative payments (and maybe declarative delegates, if necessary)

Details

The paymentReference is what connects the request in IPFS to the payments on-chain. The paymentReference is an 8-byte hash derived from the contents of the request. The paymentReference is not stored alongside the request like the request ID so the paymentReference cannot be used to look up the request.
