Move the Checkout Playground to checkout.request.network/playground from checkout.request.network

Problem

The Checkout Playground is great for demoing to developers, but not ideal for demoing to non-technical business people. To make room for a new Example Checkout App that uses the Payment Widget, we must move the Checkout Playground to a new URL.

Move the Checkout Playground to https://checkout.request.network/playground
