[payment widget] expose feeAddress and feeAmount so platform can take a fee

Problem

The Platform fee (aka. Service fee) mechanism is not exposed in the payment widget interface so the App Builder cannot take a fee when processing the payment. We believe some builders may want the ability to take a fee.
