[Invoice Dashboard] Reduce expected amount to 5 decimals, Add tooltip showing full precision

Problem

In the Invoice Dashboard, the Expected Amount shows the full precision which can be too long.

Proposed Solution

• Reduce the expected amount precision to 5 decimals
• Add a Tooltip showing the full precision
