Considerations

This was originally meant to be a drawer that slides in from the right, such that the user could interact with the table while the drawer was open, similar to Github Projects. It became a modal to reduce scope.

I (@MantisClone) am fine with centering the modal for now, but I still want to overhaul it to be a drawer later.
