Render "-" if invoice element is undefined #75
Description
Problem:
If we create an invalid invoice that does not follow the format we have in the templates, it will not open up the drawer and crash subsequent attempts to open valid invoices.
Possible solution:
Not render the undefined element- Show the undefined element as "-"
