Add Autosubmit language

Hello,

I'll start using my spare time first to familiarize myself with ro-crate-py, while looking at the README.md (great docs! Thanks heaps!) and at the examples @rsirvent sent me this week (thank you!!).

Leaving this PR as draft until I have a working version that can be reviewed/tested.

• add Autosubmit language to ro-crate-py
• implement and test Autosubmit & rocrate (update this PR if anything else is missing)
• register language at https://workflowhub.eu/workflow_classes (thanks @stain !)
• mark as ready for review 🎉

Thanks! Can you also register it at https://workflowhub.eu/workflow_classes with the same PIDs? I think you should have access as a regular user. Perhaps some other entries there like PyCOMPSs could also be reflected back in the library

Hi @stain

I am not a member of any Team, and looks like it's a requirement to add a new workflow class.

The process to create a team seems very straightforward, and open to any user. Or is there any formal requirement (e.g. specific affiliation, member of certain project or funding, etc.)? I will check with my group leader the details for our BSC team.
