- Added "Swoosh" sound to mail sent event
- Removed "Unknown" direction type from user marker menu

- Removed "Copy Grid Location" from user marker menu since copyToClipboard does not work in multiplayer
- Stopped performance issue from occurring when devices get opened and closed in rapid succession (by holding down the "H" key for example)
- Fixed cTab screens closing when mounted in a vehicle and some other unit is dismounting from the same vehicle
- Reworked user marker list synchronization to better handle simultaneous marker manipulations by multiple clients
- Greatly reduced the network traffic necessary to synchronize user markers between clients and server
