adjust for Roon2: win10 instead of win7, newer dotnet
fix generated wrapper script to not expand variables during wrapper write
put wrapper script into ~/bin, adjust .desktop file
default to not set the scalefactor, since Roon2 seems to work out of the box on HiRes displays
